CONFERENCE ROOMS / PODCAST STUDIO
Various conference and training rooms are available for booking by Cowork Members.
In Lakewood Ranch, one has a capacity of 6 and access to a 47" HDTV with Apple TV, and HDMI connections.
The other Lakewood Ranch room has a capacity of 4 and is setup as a Podcasting Studio, with access to a 21.5" iMac, Zoom H6 Audio Mixer, and multiple microphones - Zoom XYH-6 Mic, Zoom MSH-6 Mic, (4) Audio Technica ATR-2100, and a Movo LV4 Interviewer Lavalier Kit.
This room is commonly used for podcasting, interviews, webinars, and video trainings.

POSTAL MAILBOX SERVICE / VIRTUAL RECEPTIONIST
Cowork LWR offers your business a professional address with Virtual Office services. Your Virtual Office package includes:
- Professional Lakewood Ranch Main Street address.
- Postal mail management through Anytime Mailbox including open and scan requests and mail forwarding.
- One hour conference room access per month with online booking.
- One-of-a-kind virtual receptionist. When your clients arrive, they are invited to check-in at our virtual receptionist stand. After check-in, you receive a text notification that your guest has arrived and are able to initiate a live-chat.
