CoworkLWR is expanding.
CoworkLWR’s new location represents the next chapter in how we serve professionals and businesses in our community.
Designed to meet growing demand, the expanded space includes private offices, additional meeting and conference space, and enhanced amenities — all within the same professional, community-driven environment our members value. Whether you’re a business owner, remote professional, or small team, the space is built to support focused work, collaboration, and long-term growth.
This expansion was approached thoughtfully, with existing members prioritized and culture preserved. Alongside private offices, CoworkLWR continues to offer flexible workspace access, professional meeting rooms, and virtual office services — creating a place where businesses can establish credibility, stay connected, and scale at their own pace. Availability is limited, and access is offered by request to ensure the right fit for both our members and the community we’re building.
THE COWORK EXPERIENCE
Whether you need a private office, a dedicated desk with 24x7 access to the space, or just want to utilize our address for your business, we have a membership plan to suit your needs.
CONFERENCE ROOMS
Various conference rooms are available for booking by Cowork Members.
In Lakewood Ranch, one has a capacity of 16 and access to a 85" HDTV with HDMI connections. This room provides flexible setup options allowing for a board meeting, trainings, or lectures.
The other Lakewood Ranch room has a capacity of 6. This room is commonly used for small meetings, podcasting, interviews, webinars, and video trainings.
VIRTUAL OFFICE / POSTAL MAILBOX SERVICE
Cowork LWR offers your business a professional address with Virtual Office services. Your Virtual Office package includes:

Postal mail management through Anytime Mailbox including open and scan requests and mail forwarding.

One hour scheduled small meeting room access per month (additional hours $20/hour) - minimum 24 hours notice, based on availability.
HOST AN EVENT
Our location is a great place to have your company offsite meeting, social, or after hours event. We partner with https://www.minivents.co/ to help bring your vision to life in our space.
